Appointment Policy
All appointments with the doctor must be scheduled in advance. You may call us at (609) 298-3888 and a
receptionist will be available to assist you during our business hours. In the event of an emergency,
please call us before coming over so that we can ascertain the severity of the emergency and
adequately prepare for your arrival. During normal operating hours, we can handle most emergencies
for our clients. If we are closed, please contact one of the
emergency clinics in the area.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and most debit cards. We are also a member of the CareCredit network. If you are going to pay by check, you will need to have your driver's license with you. In some circumstances, if your pet needs to be admitted to our hospital, a deposit may be required. We will answer any billing questions prior to service, however, once services are rendered, payment is expected in full.
Patient Arrival Policy
